HOW DO I PREPARE FOR A RETREAT?
In order to maximize your cropping time we suggest pre-planning your pages/projects. The large Ziploc bags work great for this...place the photos, paper, embellishments, stickers, and journaling ideas together for each layout together, you can fit several in one bag or stack the layouts on top of each other in a large plastic box.
Be sure to bring your favorite tools like your paper trimmer, cutting system, scissors, and adhesive. If you are attending with other cropping friends and feel comfortable sharing some tools, make plans to share the load, deciding who can bring what tools..
Try to consolidate your supplies...if you need to rent a U-Haul you probably have to much!! LOL
WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
Besides your scrapbooking supplies you will need a few other things:
Comfy clothes...casual dress is the norm ; PJ's and slippers all day are perfectly acceptable. You might want to bring a sweater if you are cold natured and/or dress in layers if you tend to be hot natured.
Ear plugs and/or Tylenol PM (very important if you are bothered by snorers) LOL
Linens...most of the beds are twin,( we will email you what size when we make the room assignments), towel and washcloth
Toiletries...soap, shampoo, deodorant, toothpaste, toothbrush.
Come ready to meet new friends and have a great relaxing weekend!
